The Nuremberg laws were laws were formed to separate the Jews from the Germans the Jews were then treated like animals because of the Nuremberg laws.

The laws were:

  • A Jew is not a citizen of the Reich, They were not allowed a vote and they may not hold public office
  • marriage between Jews and citizens of German blood is forbidden
  • sexual relations outside marriage between Jews and German citizens are forbidden
  • Jews are forbidden to display the national flag or national colour
